2. ANMELDUNG
Wenn Du Dich bei meinen Kursen oder Events anmeldest, ist das verbindlich.
Du meldest Dich schriftlich bei mir an. Das geht per Post oder per Mail. Sind Kurse überbucht, dann schaue ich, wer zuerst einbezahlt hat. Gemäss dieser Liste berücksichtige ich, wer am Kurs teilnimmt und wer auf die Warteliste kommt.
Jede Anmeldung bestätige ich per Brief oder Mail. Damit entsteht Vertrag, der rechtsgültig ist. Ich, Erich Walker, behalte mir vor, eine Anmeldung ohne Angabe der Gründe abzulehnen.

Meine Angebote sind unverbindlich. Erst wenn ich Deine Anmeldung schriftlich bestätige, kommt der Vertrag zustande.
Das gleiche gilt auch, wenn ich etwas ergänze, abändere, oder wenn wir Absprachen ausserhalb der AGB treffen. Wenn ich Dir eine Rechnung schicke, oder sie Dir persönlich übergebe, bestätige ich Deine Anmeldung ebenfalls.

4. LEISTUNGSERFÜLLUNG
Wenn Du einen meiner Kurs besuchst, dann erhältst Du für den Preis diese Dinge:
- Du kannst am Kurs teilnehmen, den Du gebucht hast.
- Wenn vorhanden, bekommst Du Unterlagen, die den Kurs ergänzen.
Im Kurspreis nicht enthalten sind:
- Fahrtkosten.
- Hotel und Essen.
- Parkgebühren.
- Weitere Nebenleistungen, die Du brauchst, wenn Du zu meinem Kurs kommst.
Brauchst Du eine Unterkunft, dann bist Du selber dafür verantwortlich.

Versicherung über Haftpflicht und Krankheit
An all meinen Events nimmst Du freiwillig teil, ob die Events nun online oder live sind. Falls Schäden entstehen, weil Du meine Inhalte anwendest oder meinen Tipps folgst, übernehme ich keine Haftung. Ob die Schäden nun auf direkte oder indirekte Weise entstehen. Ich hafte auch nicht dafür, wie Du diese Tipps interpretierst.
Wenn Du an einem meiner Kurse oder Events teilnimmst, übernimmst Du selber die Verantwortung. Während oder auch ausserhalb davon.
Ich setze voraus, dass Du eine eigene Versicherung für Haftpflicht, Unfall und Krankheit hast.

GANZ WICHTIG: Was Du auch immer bei mir kaufst oder bei was Du auch immer mitmachst: Ich setze voraus, dass Du psychisch wie physisch gesund bist.
Das gilt für all meine Produkte (Online-Kurse, Live-Events, Trainings, Coachings, Bücher, Blogs, Audios usw.).
Du entscheidest selbst darüber, ob Du ein Training, eine Übung oder einen Tipp anwendest und mitmachst.
Bist Du nicht sicher, frage zuerst einen Arzt oder einen ausgebildeten Fach-Mediziner, was sie dazu meinen.
Ich weise darauf hin, dass Du mit dem Inhalt aus meinen Kursen oder Produkten keine Diagnose stellen kannst und darfst. Du darfst damit auch nicht Krankheiten behandeln, seien diese medizinisch oder psychisch.

8. WAS GESCHIEHT, WENN DU DICH ABMELDEST?
Wenn Du Dich bei einem Kurs anmeldest, danach wieder absagst, verrechne ich Dir Gebühren für das Verarbeiten.
Bis 30 Tage vor dem Kurs sind das 10%. Danach bis 14 Tage vor dem Kurs sind es 30%. Bis 7 Tage vor der Veranstaltung sind es 50%, danach 100%. Kommst Du nicht zum Kurs oder gehst Du früher wieder, bezahlst Du trotzdem den vollen Preis.
Du kannst nur schriftlich absagen. Du kannst aber einen Ersatz stellen. In diesem Fall verrechne ich 50 CHF. Das ist eine normale Gebühr für das Verarbeiten.
Ich, Erich Walker behält mir aber vor, diesen Ersatz abzulehnen, ohne dass ich dafür einen Grund angeben muss.
Ich behalte mir auch vor, einen Kurs kurzfristig abzusagen. Zum Beispiel wenn ich krank bin, oder wenn höhere Gewalt vorliegt. Oder wenn sich zu wenig angemeldet haben (weniger als 5 Personen).
Ich werde das Dir in jedem Fall so schnell wie möglich mitteilen. Muss ich einen Event absagen, gebe ich einen ein neues Datum als Ersatz an. Oder ich gebe Dir das Geld zurück. Ansprüche, die darüber hinaus gehen, sind ausgeschlossen.

Bitte beachte: Ich speichere und verarbeite Deine persönlichen Daten. Aber nur im Rahmen des Gesetzes über Datenschutz (DSGVO). Und was notwendig für das Geschäft ist.
Ich mache während des Trainings auch Fotos oder Videos. Das werde ich aber vorher ankünden. Die Fotos und Videos stelle ich elektronisch zur Verfügung, wenn Du das wünschst.
Wenn ich das Material auf meiner Webseite veröffentliche, dann nur, wenn alle Teilnehmer das Okay dafür geben. Das gleiche gilt auch für Dich. Du darfst es nur auf sozialen Plattformen posten, wenn alle ausdrücklich das Okay dafür gegeben haben.

11. VERSICHERUNGSSCHUTZ
Du trägst die volle Verantwortung für dich selbst. Auch für Deine Handlungen während und ausserhalb meiner Events. Bei Schäden kommst Du selbst dafür auf. Wenn Du an einem meiner Events bist, bist Du durch mich nicht versichert. Dass Du genügend versichert bist, ist allein Deine Aufgabe.
Meine Events ersetzen keine Therapie oder Medikamente jeglicher Art. Wenn Du meine Kurse besuchst, setze ich voraus, dass Du psychisch wie und physisch normal belastbar bist. Hat jemand bei Dir eine psychiatrische oder physische Diagnose gestellt, muss ich das vorab wissen. Sei diese Diagnose nun aktuell oder nicht.
Ich behalte mir das Recht vor, einen Teilnehmer abzulehnen.

12. ABSCHLUSS-BESTIMMUNGEN
Sind einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB rechtlich nicht wirksam, bleiben die AGB in den übrigen Teilen immer noch verbindlich. Bedingungen, die nicht wirksam sind, werden durch andere ersetzt. Diese kommen dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck der unwirksamen Bedingungen am nächsten.
