If someone had told me 30 years ago: “Erich you will talk to the cells”, then I would have said: “You have lost your mind. You are ready for the psychiatrist.”

As a movement therapist, I had to learn to use my hands to differentiate between the movements of the various tissues. At some point I noticed: As soon as I put my hands on the body, the cells react to what I think or feel. At first I thought it was just mental chatter. And yes: I thought I was nuts.

On the other hand, I thought: Why not give it a chance?! It was one of the best decisions in my life. I discovered that the cells weren’t just reacting to me, they were starting to talk to me. They showed me their thoughts and feelings: happiness, sadness, anger, pain and so on. Thanks to science, we now know that this is real.

I have been quite successful with my work. But again and again I had the feeling that I was reaching a glass ceiling. Above the glass ceiling I saw that much more is possible. That I could help my clients much better with it, but somehow I just didn’t know how to break through this glass ceiling.

Until I discovered hypnosis. This was the missing link, the turbocharger for my work. When I combined my cell work with hypnosis, the results went through the roof. Bones no longer took 6 to 8 weeks to heal, but 1 to 3. Or autoimmune diseases, inflammation in the digestive tract – to name just a few – shrank to a minimum or disappeared completely.

I’ve found that in hypnosis it’s even easier to talk to the cells.
