My story has ups and downs like everyone else’s story: World Cup Winner and Vice World Champion, back pain for 20 years, a heart attack at the age of 35 and a burnout at the age of 43. All of this taught me: We will only be able to do our best when we unite body, brain and soul into a strong team.
Only then we can unleash our full potential. Only then we will be able to show our A-Game and stay healthy at the same time.
And then everything we do gets much easier, is much more fun. This is the needle changer that makes the difference.
Why should I be able to help you?
All my life prepared me for things that seemed impossible:
I was 18 when they told me: “You have to stop doing sports immediately. This is poison for your back. By the age of 25 at the latest, you will be a cripple anyway.” But when I was 25, I was on the top of the podium: World-Cup winner and Vice World Champion.
I had a heart attack at 35, but then I was hiking across Europe.
I was 43 when I had burnout and depressions.
When I was 52 I was hiking 900 Miles in 5 weeks, and I was fitter than ever before.
